Roche, Inc. is a newly certified 8(a), HUB Zone, Native American
Indian owned, disadvantaged small business firm based out of
East Dublin, GA.

We specialize in erosion control, hydro-seeding, grassing, grinding,
mulching, construction land rehab, remediation of watersheds, forest
restoration, seeding, environmental use of herbicide, wetland mitigation,
civil and heavy engineering build construction, forestry grinding
mulching restoration, logging, and other landscaping services.

Roche, Inc. was formed in July of 2002 as a light construction, grading,
and erosion control contracting firm.

Greg Roche, (the founder of Roche, Inc.) has an extensive background
in farm operations and farm support services with several family
businesses prior to creating the new company. In 2004.

Roche Inc. added industrial and mechanical services with a welding
shop at their base location to provide additional services to the
contractors they were serving with their core business offering.
Greg Roche holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from
Georgia College and State University.

Neal Reagan joined Roche, Inc. in 2007 as a partner and co-owner.
Neal brings an impressive background in sales, marketing, buying, and
networking. Neal holds a Masters of Science degree in
Administration of Logistics Management from Georgia College
and State University.

Both Greg and Neal have extensive experience in business operations, business management, and human resources from their many years of business ownership. Both partners have successfully completed the requirements for the Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Worksite Erosion Control Supervisor Certificate.
